When bad things seem to happen.

When we come upon circumstances and events that don’t suit us and we certainly haven’t planned, the way we think about them can make a huge difference to our experience. Calling these things inconvenient*, rather than bad for instance, helps shift our perspective. As does reminding ourselves that there is always more than one solution*. This can be particularly helpful if we don’t like the way we see things going. It opens us up to possibilities. (*Dewitt Jones, American photographer and writer was the first I heard using these words)
